THE DREAM WORKBOOK presents 29 very useful exercises to decode
your dreams. Morris presents different approaches to dreamwork -
Senoi, Jungian, Gestalt, Iroquois, Freudian - as well as
different methods - re-entering dreams, creating a personal
symbol dictionary, free-association, self-hypnosis, lucid
dreaming - just to name a few!
Dr. Morris focusses on using dreams to problem-solve and as a
springboard for creativity pointing out that dreaming itself is a
creative activity. I have used the techniques in this book to get
through writer's block with success and recommend it highly.
A smooth and interesting read that will make you want to start
a dream group with your friends.

I purchased this book many years ago. I lost my copy and decided to replace it. This book is great because it doesn't give you a symbol dictionary or one answer fits all to your dream interpretation. It helps you take your dreams apart using different techniques such as "talking to the metaphor". Evenly it will help you decipher your dream. This is the only book that I would use to help me with my dream interpretation.
