This is a great cookbook!

I have had this cookbook for years, and it's one of my favorites. Every recipe that I have tried has worked out well. Flavorful!! The recipes are easy to follow, and the ingredient lists are reasonable. You can easily double if you want to make more, but they are really geared to the two-serving dinner. Truly a gem of a cookbook. I keep coming back to this one!

Useful and tasty recipes

I originally bought this cookbook for a friend who was getting married and had no idea how to cook for someone else. I was only cooking for myself at the time, but got a second copy anyway. I have completely worn mine out. It's falling apart because I've used it so much. The turkey chili is a great recipe that can be played with to your taste, but is full of flavor as it is. Every recipe is fairly simple and doesn't ask for oddball ingredients - I really appreciate this since moving to an area that's not highly sophisticated in its culinary selections. The recipes all note whether they double well or freeze well or can be made quickly and it notes which go well together.
I searched for it here to see if I could find a copy that's not falling apart.
